Chocolate Puma (Netherlands)
As The Goodmen, Dutch DJs Zki & Dobre's smash hit Give it Up propelled them to the top of the dance charts in 1992. Now, 20 years later, they go by Chocolate Puma and have over 200 releases under their belt, including 2001's I Wanna Be U, A Star Is Born (2003) and most recently, Always and Forever in 2006. The twosome have also become prolific remixers, working with the likes of Roger Sanchez, Stereo MCs, Britney Spears, Copyright, Bob Sinclar, Fedde Le Grand & Funkerman and Laidback Luke. Asked what the secret to their longevity might be, Zki & Dobre both agree it's the art of reinvention.
